I had fun making these miniature wedding cakes to celebrate my friend Julie's engagement! (That's Julie.)
I'm definitely no professional, but I covet the gorgeous cakes and cupcakes I see online... always thinking "I wish I could do that!" And so this happy occasion gave me the perfect excuse to play.
The Wilton fondant set I bought for about $7 made these little blue flowers super easy to punch out. It was like working with play-doh. The cakes are plain white. The frosting is buttercream and cocoa buttercream. The teensy little bride-and-groom piks are from http://www.sugarcraft.com/!
